Uniform Resource Name

A Uniform Resource Name is used to identify a file on the network by providing a unique key (taken from the files hash).

A URN representing a specific MP3 file of the "I have a dream" speech by Martin Luther King, using the files SHA1 hash.
The URN of the same file, this time using it's TigerTree root hash.
